It is reported that a school team of 51 students have got very good result in the sixth “blue bridge cup” � the national professional contest of software and information technology. Wanli students have earned five first prize, eight second prize and ten third prize. And the five first prize winners also entered into the national finals.
Wanli University attaches great importance to collegiate contests. To win this competition, teachers in the college of computer science and information technology formed a team of instructors and gave the contestants guidance, training and helped to solve various problems. The students also worked very hard during the process.
Instructed by the Department of College Student Affairs in the Ministry of Education, and cosponsored by Talent Exchange Center of Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and China Higher-education Student Information and Career Center, this contest has attracted over 30,000 students from 1,200 colleges and universities, including Beijing University and Qinghua University. Many famous corporations such as IBM, Tencent, Baidu, Alibaba and Huawei extended job offers to the prize winners.
