On March 19th, a donation ceremony was held on campus on which Zhengyuan Zhihui Corporation and Yuantong Educational Corporation donated millions of educational funds to Zhejiang Wanli University.
Attending the ceremony were President of Zhengyuan Zhihui Chen Jian and Deputy General Manager Shi Dongsheng, President of Zhejiang Wanli University Ying Min, Vice President Yan Guoqing, and other school officials. Vice President Yan and Deputy General Manager Shi signed on the donation agreement.President Ying Min first warmly welcomed the distinguished guests for their coming. Then he expressed sincere gratitude for the donation. He said that our university would maintain its good development trend with the help of alumni, businesses and friends.
President Chen Jian made a speech on behalf of the corporation donors. He said that this event reflects the willingness of the corporations to share social obligations and the concerns of the businessmen for higher education. He also hoped to see this donation event as an opportunity for those corporations and our university in helping our students to cultivate their innovation and entrepreneurship spirit so as to create a new situation in university-business cooperation.
