May 28th saw the CPA Australia’s accreditation of the accounting major of Business School of our university. This means the exemption of half courses when our bachelors of accounting apply for CPA AUST. And this is a new outcome in the process of our school’s international cooperation. Since the beginning of this accreditation task in September 2019, systematic and in-depth investigation and survey have been done by CPA Australia around many aspects of our school’s accounting major, including the course system, curriculum, teaching faculty, teaching mode, cultivation quality, and the like. After a series of careful investigations, CPA Australia highly praised the teaching quality of the accounting major.
As a worldly renowned accounting organization with over 130 years’ history, CPA Australia’s global members are now working in many global businesses and enterprises around the world. More than 5000 Chinese members of CPA AUST have made great achievements in various fields from government and enterprises to financial sectors like accounting firm, banks and securities companies. As one of the first national first-rank majors, provincial and municipal distinguished majors, the accounting major of our university has attached importance to international certification and has thus built a high level and international talent cultivation system. Apart from the coordination with CPA Australia, its cooperation with ACBSP is also on the way.
