On the afternoon of May 7th, a recruitment fair by Haier Group was launched at the Lecture Hall in the library which offered numerous posts, such as, sales persons and office clerks and more than 30 interviewees passed the on-campus interviews. Haier Group is a world-famous appliance manufacturer with its core value of “enterprising spirit” and “innovative spirit” which correlates with Wanli’s schooling ideal of “cultivating innovative talents and building an enterprising university”. A detailed introduction was given about Haier’s corporate culture, R&D capability, recruitment and salary and then resumes were collected and on-campus interviews were carried out.
This recruitment fair was one section of a series of employment activities for 2013 graduates named “ to make dream come true and let warmth spread in Spring” which lasted for three months with more than thirty activities organized by the University and its colleges to offer more consultation service for Wanli graduates and make them well-prepared for social practices mentally and professionally etc.
