Cooperation Agreement Signed Between Zhejiang Wanli University and Hong Kong Financial Services Institute

On November 15th, a signing ceremony was held on our campus on which cooperation agreement was signed between Zhejiang Wanli University and Hong Kong Financial Services Institute. Attending the ceremony included Mr. Bu Mingchang, Deputy Head of Yinzhou District, Mr. Xu Zili, Deputy Dean of United Front Work Department of Yinzhou District and Chairman of Federation of Industry and Commerce, President Wang Zhongying of Hong Kong Financial Services Institute, President Ying Min of Zhejiang Wanli University and other related school officials.

Mr. Bu made a speech at the ceremony and said that he hoped the two sides to transform this agreement into action and to produce more and more fruits in the win-win situation. He also hoped that this agreement can provide more technical supports to talent training, product transformation and public resource services so as to promote the development of Yin Zhou District with more projects, more talents and more achievements. President Wang introduced the history and advantages of Hong Kong Financial Services Institute. Established in 1999, the institute has a talent and intelligence base appointed by State Bureau of Foreign Experts Affairs, and a collaborated postgraduate school cooperated with Shanghai University of Finance and Economics and Central China Normal University.

After their speeches, President Ying Min expressed sincere thanks to the distinguished guests and reported to them the achievements of Zhejiang Wanli University in these years. He mainly introduced our accomplishments in the development of applied university and international communication. He said the two sides will strengthen cooperation and help to promote the mutual development. After President Ying and President Wang signed a strategic cooperation agreement, the related officials discussed the details of some concrete programs as faculty training and social elite cultivation.
