Recently in Zhejiang Provincial Collegiate Art Festival of 2019, students of our university won outstanding prizes including five second prizes and one third prize in dancing and drama performance. The second prizes were given to the two dancing programs Red Boat and Beauties and three dramas Monument, Wedding Escape, and The Butterfly Lovers. The third prize was awarded to the play Centenary Home Letter.
Since September of last year, preparations have been made by the CCYL (Chinese Communist Youth League) Committee of Zhejiang Wanli University. Overall services were offered to the programmers by the committee including valuable resources, training field, logistical support and expertise. Joining this art festival is helpful to the aesthetics and humanistic quality of our students and to our campus culture of “Truth, Sublimity, Kindness, and Beauty”. It is also conducive to the cultivation of our students’ socialist core values, cultural consciousness and cultural confidence.
