Welcome, everyone! Starting from September 6, ZWU’s 2023 freshmen begin to register for school. Coming from all over the country, they will start a new life at Wanli and a new chapter in their lives.

The campus of Wanli is full of joy and warmth. Wanli people are well prepared to welcome the new students of 2023.

On the morning of September, Lin Zhihua, president of ZWU, Jiang Jianjun, secretary of the ZWU Party Committee, and Wang Weizhong, vice president of ZWU and deputy secretary of the ZWU Party Committee, visited the new students at Huilong campus and expressed appreciation to the teachers and volunteer students who participated in the orientation. They interacted with the students, and the interaction was filled with laughter from time to time. At the orientation service point of the Huilong campus, Lin Zhihua and Jiang Jianjun presented flowers to two freshmen as a birthday present.

At the students’ dormitory, Lin Zhihua talked with the new students and their parents about their impression of the campus. “When you encounter any difficulties in either your life or study, you can resort to your counselor or the dormitory manager, and we will surely help you to solve them. I hope you make progress in your study and have a happy life,” said Lin.

Zero-distance and heart-to-heart service is provided for the orientation. 

In order to provide a home-like atmosphere for new students and their parents, the relevant school departments, along with the secondary colleges, have worked together and made full preparations for the orientation.

Intelligent orientation empowers a digital campus. In order to facilitate the orientation, ZWU has finished the collection of basic information of new students through the system of Smart Ideology before the registration day. On the day of arrival, new students check in by scanning the QR code. When the registration is completed, they can immediately go to the dormitory building, where they will be given an access card to their dorms and move in immediately. Meanwhile, the school gets the registration data through online statistics.

Meticulous service shows love of Wanli. ZWU arranges buses at the Ningbo Railway Station, the Ningbo Bus Station and the Ningbo Airport to pick up new students and their parents to the school. Student volunteers can be seen at every corner of the campus, who serve wholeheartedly, guiding new students through the entire process of the registration.

Full preparations guarantee a safe Wanli. During the orientation, new students are permitted to enter both the two campuses in private cars, as the school has prepared in advance with data statistics and campus traffic management plans to ensure smooth campus traffic and the safety of personnel and property during the registration period. The cafeterias extend the business hours to meet the needs of new students and parents.

Youthful energy makes the campuses full of life. Here they will chase their own dreams, sailing in a new world of knowledge, standing upright and blooming brightly on the road of consistent self-improvement.
