Recently, the Zhejiang Provincial Market Supervision Administration announced The Notice on the Launch of the First Batch of Intellectual Property Training Base Construction. ZWU (Ningbo Intellectual Property Institute) has successfully been approved as one of the first batch of intellectual property training base construction units.
It is reported that there are only 8 intellectual property training bases in the first batch across the province. These training bases aim to fully leverage existing advantages and resources, improve the training work system, enhance the quality of training faculty, optimize training course offerings, and increase the relevance and effectiveness of training. This will provide strong support for the in-depth implementation of the intellectual property talent gathering initiative and the creation of a high-level intellectual property talent team.
Notably, this is the second provincial-level platform obtained by the Ningbo Intellectual Property Institute. To date, the institute has been approved for one national-level platform, two provincial-level platforms, and three municipal-level platforms. This marks a new advancement in the training of intellectual property talents since being recognized as a Intellectual Property Training Base of Ningbo in 2022.
In the next steps, the university will take the “intellectual property talent base construction” as an opportunity to continue accelerating the organic integration of “school, government, industry, and enterprise” in the intellectual property talent training model, strengthen education across the entire intellectual property chain, and strive to build a high ground for intellectual property talents, providing strong support for the in-depth implementation of the intellectual property talent gathering initiative and the creation of a high-level intellectual property talent team.
