Stefan Waller, a Ph.D. in Cultural Philosophy from the University of Hamburg, Germany, is a professor and Vice Dean of the Sino-German Joint Institute of Zhejiang Wanli University. He has been selected for the national high-level foreign expert recruitment program and the “Yongjiang Talent Introduction” project in Ningbo. Prof. Waller teaches and researches in the fields of design studies, communication studies, digital technology, and the philosophy of science and technology. He has published numerous high-quality papers in international journals and has led four Sino-German cooperative education projects approved by the Ministry of Education. He has been honored with the title of “Camellia Friendship Ambassador” in Ningbo.
